on tap at Maple Shade - an average, low alcohol everyday beer. Not bad but nothing special. skmikeg (1826) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 15, 2015
Pours straw yellow with a half white head with pretty nice lacing. Aroma is of pils,.grassy hops, pine, honey, and some spicy hops. Taste is similar to the aroma. Has a medium-light body with a semi dry, semi bitter, medium finish. Overall, a pretty nice pils. 60minuteman (1712) - West Chester, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 24, 2015
Tapped at IH In WC. Had 2 cuz they were just good I guess. Aroma of malts hop and fruit. It’s kinda bitter but not overly hoppy. Really nice to drink and chill on. boxofrane (2553) - Spring City, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 30, 2014
Loving rate name, wish we would win more. Pours clear yellow with minimal head. The aroma has straw, hay, not too pungent. The taste is light, crisp, a bit sweet. keepersj12 (3117) - Sicklerville, New Jersey, USA - APR 21, 2013
A nice malt aroma with the noble hops in the background. The flavor is sweet, very crisp and clean. A refreshing beer for the summer. I had this at the Maple Shade location.

Refreshing and crisp. True to German style. Not very assertive, definitly stands out from pale lager pilsner interpretations but far enough for me. Nice balanced and actually improved as it went on. Jesterdeal (1985) - Marlton, New Jersey, USA - APR 19, 2013
Aroma of bread, ginger ale, and baking powder. Pours thin gold with nice carbonation and a brewpub film. Taste is nice and refreshing pils. Metal, bread yeast, and Apple peel. Good pils, meh beer. DocLock (10683) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 16, 2013
Draft at P-ville. Pours translucent canary deep gold with white head. Nose is Saaz hops, fruity, honey, hops. Tastes crisp, lively carbonated, with up front pale malt, mid-palate Saaz hops and fruity honey notes, and a crisp clean white peppery finish. This one is very good. ganache (5896) - New Jersey, USA - APR 15, 2013
Tap in Maple Shade. Clear straw with a lacing bright white head. Nose abundantly hoppy, beautiful spicy memories of Franconia. Fizzy soft carbonation, soft but cuddly, medium bitterness with slightly metallic accents, medium body. Very nice, authentic, even! closey22 (1945) - Mt. Laurel, New Jersey, USA - APR 5, 2013
At Maple Shade. Clear clean yellow gold with nice lacy white head; light aroma of pils malt; crisp fizzy feel with citrisy tart acidic flava that finishes Ito a nice dry bitter twang on the palate.
