UPDATED: AUG 6, 2011 This is my original rating, moved the prior rating to the appropriate beer. On draft in Wilmington. Poured a straw color, ample carbonation. Grains and grass aroma. Flavor followed with a good grassy hop bite, finishing quite nice and refreshing. A nice brewdog for a Phils game. Goodgrief (2022) - Middletown, Delaware, USA - SEP 6, 2011
On tap at Wilmington. Beer pours clear and golden. No surprises. Heavy great saaz atoms and flavor. Heading make profile and plenty of saaz. Not much bitterness, but this was really pleasant. I think this might be different than the entry as the tap card at IH mentioned saaz instead of noble hops. closey22 (1915) - Mt. Laurel, New Jersey, USA - APR 5, 2013
At Maple Shade. Clear clean yellow gold with nice lacy white head; light aroma of pils malt; crisp fizzy feel with citrisy tart acidic flava that finishes Ito a nice dry bitter twang on the palate. DocLock (10652) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 16, 2013
Draft at P-ville. Pours translucent canary deep gold with white head. Nose is Saaz hops, fruity, honey, hops. Tastes crisp, lively carbonated, with up front pale malt, mid-palate Saaz hops and fruity honey notes, and a crisp clean white peppery finish. This one is very good. On tap at Lancaster. Transparent gold, lasting foamy white head. Nose of lemongrass, light biscuit, grainy bitterness but without significant hop. Flavor is more grassy bitterness, lightly oily diacetyl but mainly in body, not flavor, bit of dough mid-palate but very dry, the bitterness sharp in the finish.

Pours straw yellow with a half white head with pretty nice lacing. Aroma is of pils,.grassy hops, pine, honey, and some spicy hops. Taste is similar to the aroma. Has a medium-light body with a semi dry, semi bitter, medium finish. Overall, a pretty nice pils. reggiedunlop (3718) - The dub c, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 9, 2012
Pours a clear pale yellow with a medium white head...nice lacing. Aroma is lt and crisp...pils malt and some delicate spicy flowery hops...lightly soapy. Flavor follows suit...more on the malty side with just enough hops to dry out the finish...crisp and refreshing. Mouthfeel is light and the finish is earthy/spicy and crisp. Very clean pils. ganache (5853) - New Jersey, USA - APR 15, 2013
Tap in Maple Shade. Clear straw with a lacing bright white head. Nose abundantly hoppy, beautiful spicy memories of Franconia. Fizzy soft carbonation, soft but cuddly, medium bitterness with slightly metallic accents, medium body. Very nice, authentic, even! anders37 (26194) - Malmö, SWEDEN - JUL 24, 2011
Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a clear golden color with a white head. Has a fruity malty grainy aroma with grassy hints. Fruity crisp malty grainy flavor with hoppy hints. Has a fruity malty grainy finish. ryanscourt (1458) - Latrobe, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 19, 2013
Refreshing and crisp. True to German style. Not very assertive, definitly stands out from pale lager pilsner interpretations but far enough for me. Nice balanced and actually improved as it went on.
