This is a filtered American wheat beer, with a touch of natural raspberry flavor and aroma. Before you pass this one over because it’s a “fruit” beer, try it on a hot summer afternoon. Our brewers even admit it’s their beer of choice during those hot summer beer festivals.

hazy yellow, wispy white head, sweet malt aroma with a pronounced raspberry tartness, rich sweet honey malt flavor provides a good foundation for a lot of raspberry flavor, tartness from the raspberry balances the honey sweetness, light bitter finish

4 oz draft pour at Iron Hill Newark as part of the 8 set sampler on 10/24/2014. Clear straw yellow with off-white head. Aromas of raspberries and light wheat. Tastes of same. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Nice raspberries on the aroma and taste.

Drank as part of a sampler at Iron Hill Brewery in Wilmington, Delaware. This is by far the best raspberry beer I have ever had. Amazing aromas of raspberry (obviously.) Nice golden color. Not overpowering on the raspberry flavor, they got just right for it to be crisp and refreshing. Well done!

callmemickey (4561) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 25, 2014
Lightly hazy reddish-orange body, thin off-white head, spotty lacing. Raspberry extract is front and center, slightly candy-like, slightly-medicinal. Soft pale malts and wheat in the background. Light bodied with soft to moderate carbonation, lingering finish that sticks on the tongue.

60minuteman (1765) - West Chester, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 24, 2014
Relatively hazy bronze color with a tiny bit of white head. Aroma of malt, hops, raspberry, melon, wheat, water and barley. Flavor is earth, malt, hops, raspberry, strawberry, seltzer. Wheat abound. Very thin body without much backbone.

Not offensive, but not good. Clear yellow pour with white head. Aroma is sweet candy raspberry. Taste is watered down raspberry dirnk. Dont like.

On draft at the brewpub (Voorhees). Pours a clear golden color with a small foamy white head. A strong aroma of raspberry purée, and a faint graininess. Taste is also grainy with a really strong flavor of artificial raspberry.

Aroma and taste are awesome...if you like raspberry. A little too fruity for me but I guess it would be a decent summertime beer - again if you like raspberry.

W/ Uncle mark @ iron hill in Jersey. Just bad. Not worth trying even if you like fruit beers.

BiddleBrau (1238) - Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 10, 2013
On tap at North Wales. Clear with white head. Sweet raspberry sweet nose. Crisp hop corn flavor.
