On draft at the Newark location. The pour was murky red, quick strawberry milk like. The aroma was fruity, berries, somewhat tart or lactic. Flavor was elderberries with some tartness, big wheat type base, faint phenolic type spicing and some fruitiness in the background. Mouthfeel moderate with somewhat of milk-like texture. A decent brew, refreshing. GMCC2181 (1610) - Newark, Delaware, USA - JUL 26, 2011
On tap at Newark: Nice murkey red color. Hard to see through... almost milk shake like. Small head. Decent aroma of some tart fruity notes. Taste follows the nose... Tart fruitiness, some cherries, with a well balanced body. Body looks a lot thicker than it is. Not light, but below meduim... Easy to drink and refreshing on a hot summer week. Overall: About damn time IH Newark does something different/cool/good.
