Can from the Maple Shade location. Pours unclear gold, white head, light and spotty lacing. Weird buttery malt thing, some grains. Off flavors. Odd dryness. Not too good.

Draft. Unusual aroma, slightly citrusy. Subdued hop flavor. Slightly bitter finish. Quite strong with ABV 7.5%. I prefer more classical IPA with more pronounced hop flavor.

DocLock (10660) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 21, 2015
Draft at Phoenixville. Gold pour, clear, with white head. Nose was hops, citrus. Tastes of citric hops, with a tropical fruity flavor, spicy, florals.

A hazy like golden color, Plenty of bite to this IPA. Definitely an aroma of coconut as well as citrus, wheat, mild spices, pine, grass, flowers and hops. Citrus zest probably from lemon peel. Nice ABV to this one.

Nice Amber color, hops are a real crisp pine hop flavour, lingers well, good aftertaste.

On tap at echelon, pours clearish golden with nice lacing. Aromas and taste are bitter hops, spice, and oranges. Nice hoppy flavor on a lighter body. They definitely got everything out of a usually lackluster hop varietal.

Draft sample at Maple Shade and a growler. Pours out a moderate golden/amber color with a small off-white head. Aroma is of grainy/spicy rye bread, lemony/coconut Sorachi hops. Taste is complex, nice grainy rye notes, lemony coconut hop bitterness, light bitter fruits, a nice blend of rye bread with some lingering lemony bitterness. Really tasty.

Taste is complex, citrusy./lemon notes, tropical fruits, light coconut, slight sweet malt balance and a nice bitter finish. Definitely an interesting hop, I liked this one a lot.

Growler. Shared thanks to Dean. Pours a slightly hazy deep golden copper color with a thick off white head. Aroma of caramel malt, big citrus notes, and getting some papaya. Taste of caramel malt, citrus, lemon rind, and a piney bitter finish.

Poured a darker orange body with an average sized creamy mostly white head. Aroma of big time Sorachi, lime, citrus fruits, rye spiciness, bread and some rotting citrus meat. Flavor is nice, dry hops, citrus rinds, bread crusts. Really good stuff.

Draft at Maple Shade. Poured an orange/amber body a smaller fizzy white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, peach, lime and a weird touch of wet dog. Medium to fuller chewy body with strong carbonation of small tightly packed bubbles. Lots and lots of hops coming through producing all types of tropical citrus and a touch of pine. Im really digging this hop, good good stuff.

ganache (5856) - New Jersey, USA - JUL 27, 2013
Tap in Maple Shade. Orange-copper with a lacing, short beige head. Nose pretty lemon and grapefruit, spicy Sorachi, taste the same, mild but juiy bitterness, creamy medium body with low-level resin. Medium bitterness, dry. Love the juicy hops, creamy feel -- this could be an IH favorite.
