Transparent gold, no head. Nose is light yeast, egg, faint barn, all balanced decently. Flavor is intense with more barn, light sourness, lemon, and some acetone in the finish. A little more control and this could have been great, but it really seems blended with all the contrast. decaturstevo (6343) - decatur, Tennessee, USA - JUN 11, 2011

Tap at Iron Hill West Chester for RBSG 2011. The pour is a clear yellow to golden with a white head and nice lace. Funky Brett nose. Taste is tart and mildly lactic. Almost tastes like strawberry tart with fruit Brett and underlying berry sweetness. Very refreshing. It’s so different from the rest of their beers you almost stop and wonder, "Wait...........this is from the same guys? Hmmm." So apparently they can make beer after all. Intredasting. yespr (47545) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - JUN 7, 2011
