Cask in Maple Shade. Orange body, white head. Beautiful orange peel and grapefruit nose, intense. Watery thin body, pleasant light-medium bitterness and citrus-grapefruit, there’s a nice hoppy center here with a little resin, very smooth, but ultimately undermined the cask-driven wateriness. keepersj12 (3133) - Sicklerville, New Jersey, USA - FEB 17, 2013
On tap at the Maple Shade location. A very nice drinking beer. It went very well with the wings. Amber color with a small head. Aroma of biscuit, bread, caramel, light floral hops. The flavor is similar with a very nice balance. pineypower (3345) - Ocean County, New Jersey, USA - FEB 9, 2013
