COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Trappist Abbey-style golden ale brewed in tribute to the Abbey in "The Valley of Gold" in Florenville, Belgium. Candied sugar and multiple yeast strains give this beer a very complex fruity and spicy character, subtle tartness, and a dry effervescent finish.

Lightly hazy dark golden color with a medium sized, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of Brett, spices, candy sugar, honey, toffee, and light grassy hops. Taste of spices, candy sugar, honey, light citrus, light hops, and a slight bretty finish.

Draft at IHP-ville. Pours hazy deep gold with white head. Nose is candiu sugary malt, floral, spicy, hops. Tastes candi sugary and yeasty up front, with emerging fruit, florals, spices, and hops, and a crisp finish.
