Tap on release day in Maple Shade. Hazy purple-brown with a clingy beige head, sweet natural blueberry nose, taste much the same with a bit of bread, blueberry tasting more syrupy/medicinal (though decidedly not artificial!), full body mildly crisp, not really tart at all. Decently malty even in spite of the fruit, also hides its abv very well, and stands up against food. Quite good, as far as these things go, but sweetteeth are likely to feel somewhat disappointed. closey22 (1918) - Mt. Laurel, New Jersey, USA - OCT 31, 2013
Dark reddish purple little rim head; soft sweetish aroma; Flava is sweet and tart balanced; feels medium and silky with fizzy bite at end; finishes dry somewhat tart BeerandBlues2 (13214) - Escondido, California, USA - OCT 27, 2013
Tap at Maple Shade. Pours clear blueberry with a small, fizzy white head, short retention with spare lacing. Aroma is blueberry, biscuit malt and earthy hops. Flavor is blueberry, light malt, hops, and bitterness with a dry finish. Light body and medium carbonation. Travlr (24317) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - OCT 27, 2013
Draft. Mitky blueish brown color, off blue edge head. Aroma of blueberry jam. Taste is sweet blueberry. Jesterdeal (1985) - Marlton, New Jersey, USA - OCT 13, 2013
Aroma of tart blueberry cranberry and wheat. Pours like a fizzy cranberry juice cocktail. Taste is harsh and yeasty with mostly wheat, yeast and a hint of cranberry. Not very pleasant.

Not quite as big a fan as my esteemed colleague Piney Power but decent enough. I didn’t get a lot of blueberry aroma, mostly bread and malt. The pour looked nice, copper with a very slight pink tinge on the head. The flavor was the way I like a fruit beer, just a hint of the berry, sourness, well balanced. pineypower (3297) - Ocean County, New Jersey, USA - AUG 12, 2012
Draft at Maple Shade. Pours out an attractive copper color with a very slight blue-berryish tinge to it, and a small very white head. Aroma is of light, not overly sweetened blue-beery pie, fresh berries, light doughy malt notes, and mild caramel. Taste is fresh washed, raw blueberries, light bready malt, some caramel and some lingering blueberry notes on the finish. I have to say Chris and crew nailed it on this one, the blueberry flavor was perfect and never left you thinking "Did I just drink a liquid dessert" like far too many fruit beers seem to do. Well done.
