Murky browning pour, HUGE head that took a while to die down. Bread and Caramel in the aroma. Sweet, Malty taste - Bready, lots of caramel, Dark fruit, an odd spicy characteristic that works. Booze has really died down in this one after some age. Medium body.

Bottle shared by richlikebeer, thanks Rich. Poured a good looking reddish/brown with a smaller tight foamy beige head. Aroma is just so sweet with notes of honey, raisin, alcohol, molasses and toffee. Super thick and syrupy body with strong carbonation. Flavor is just loaded with sweetness, notes of raisin and grapes. God Damn is this thing is triple S...syrupy, strong and sweeeeeeet.

25.3 oz bottle. Dark brown with a purple tint and a smooth beige coating. Nose is dough, grape jelly and spicy grass. Creamy, wheaty, sticky but not quite syrupy with a pleasant buzz. Taste is citrus honey, buttered brioche and soft lime peel. Mostly sweet but showing some depth as it warms.

Thanks to Richlikebeer for bringing this to Dmacs. Pours out a nice reddish amber with a small white head. Aroma is of caramel and some sweet fruits. Taste is very sweet, lots of caramel and toffee, honey, and some light alcohol notes in there also.

750 cc bottle from IHP. Pours turbid deep coppery with 2-finger off-white head. Nose is fruity, with caramel malt, citrus fruit including tangerine, canteloupe, brown sugar. Tastes complex, with citrus fruit, tangerine, caramel, brown sugar, spice, hops. A bit on the sweet side, and very complex, this one is outstanding.

Appearance: Pours a dark ruby with a subsided head and no lacing.

Aroma: Booze, spice off the bat. Banana creme brulee.

Taste: Booze, bananas foster, white pepper, clove, big bitter Euro hops and ripe cantaloupe.

Mouthfeel: Sticky with modest carbonation.

Overall: Big tasty and very warm. Would probably do well with 6 months to a year.
