2011 backlog. Bottle just arrived at Bevmo. Pours slightly hazy dark gold with a one finger soapy white head. The nose is caramel and bright citrus. The taste is toffee, overripe citrus and a big resin finish that lingers. There’s also a slight smoke flavor in the far background. Medium bodied. decent ipa. brokensail (16609) - Dublin, California, USA - FEB 27, 2013
Slightly hazed orange colored beer with a white head. Sweet peach, caramel, and bread up front. Mild citrus hops, very vegetal, has kind of a hot garbage smell, and some bile. Just disgusting. It’s nearly impossible to get past the nose. Overcooked cauliflower and broccoli flavor, orange peel, cardboard, caramel, and bread. Blech. Batch 204, not sure if this is old. Smells like aged IPA, caramel with hints of paper and some onion/garlic notes. Tastes like sweet caramel and garlicy hop spice. Strykzone (7491) - Wood River, Illinois, USA - JUN 3, 2012
Bottle from Hayduke. We enjoyed a bottle together via facebook chat. This looked like an IPA should. It was hazy, golden, tangerine, brown. I rolled my bottle and it was very cloudy. It was also a bit of a gusher with a thick beige head that left thick lacing. It also smelled wonderful. Lots of fruit including tangerine. Some caramel, too. Things went a little south with the flavor. This was well hopped and they were citrus and sulfury and were also sweet and dry. There was some orange peel zest that was tasted and that flavor just does not work for me. I give this extra credit for being unique and fun to taste. It was definitely unique and challenged the taste buds and that always makes for a fun experience.

Shared with Strykzone on Facebook Chat. Poured a beautiful dark apricot orange, with a big yellow head with huge bubbles, good retention, and excellent lacing. The nose is hoppy with floral notes, and tangerine. Smells really appealing. Body is medium, and mouthfeel a little alcoholic. The flavor is dominated by orange zest and not quite up to to the promise of the aroma. Finishes dry. deekyn (1459) - San Francisco, California, USA - FEB 26, 2012

Bottle; poured a orange amber with a medium sized white head. Aroma of earth, tObacco, must, citrus and caramel. Flavor had alot of earth and tobacco upfront. Had some complexity to it. Robust, yet drinkable. Solid. AmEricanbrew (6878) - Same Trailer, Different Park, Louisiana, USA - DEC 15, 2011
