[Courtesy of bergstaden] Pours black with a tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, dark chocolate, nuts, vanilla, coffee and kind of peanut butterish. Taste is medium to heavy sweet and medium bitter with a long nutty, dark chocolate, vanilla, roasted and lots of cold bitter coffee finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. A bit to much coffee in the taste for my liking but still a nice beer.

Poured from a can. Typical looking stout. Coffee aroma. Hazelnut comes through slightly. Decent.

[ As Ironfire Six Killer Stout ].
Clear dark brown black color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light brown head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, chocolate, hazelnut, moderate roasted. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, hazelnut, chocolate, dark malt, dark chocolate. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat.
Dark brown, very dense and creamy and lasting brown head, beautiful! Huge hazelnut (liquor) aroma, with light American coffee, milk chocolate and some spruce in the back. Very creamy and foamy mouth feel, surprisingly easy to drink and even refreshing, to my surprise. Really nice, original brew. To my own surprise (I don’t typically love nutty beers) I really liked this! (66cl bottle from Saveur Bière)

Plutôt aqueuse et très effervescente. Nez assez rond à base de café et de noisettes.
Bouche à l’attaque courte et sucrée. Le gros du goût s’attarde sur un café très fort, très torréfié voire cramé. JorisPPattyn (10061) - BELGIUM - DEC 24, 2016
Dark beige head, creamy, over black beer. Sweet, chocolate, very roasted, but not a hint of a suggestion at bitterness in the nose. Sweet nuts. Taste however is dry, more coffee, roasted, and a sweetish, dessert-like finish, as crème brulée or café Liegois with mocha. Bit earthy too, but always sweet (ish). Well-bodied, but aftertaste comes on thinner, drier. Well-carbonated. Not bad, but too sweet for my full approval. melush (4341) - SPAIN - NOV 2, 2016
