COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed in the style of an Imperial Porter. Vicious disposition is a surprisingly smooth imperial, brewed with local avocado honey. Complex malt flavors lead into a rich and buttery finish, making this deceptively dark Porter easy to drink. Enjoy Vicious Disposition at a slightly warmer temperature than usual.

Draft at the brewery taproom. Pours deep brown with a frothy, beige head. Fair effort here. Deeply roasted malts, earthy bitterness, bittersweet baking cocoa. A bit of dark chocolate and burnt wood, too. Full bodied with fine carbonation. Light warmth at the end with more baking cocoa character. Rich, hefty.

On tap @ Ironfire. Black pour with a small tan head. Very roast forward nose, some ash, coffee, and coffee grounds. Licorice, dark fruit, burnt sugar, and a slight nuttiness. The flavor is kind of bitter up front with lots of roasted malt and coffee grounds. Burnt sugar, licorice, dark fruit, burnt nuts, and a hint of alcohol.

Bomber from CraftShack. Pours very dark brown with a tan head. Aroma is chocolate and theres a hint of something suggesting cinnamon. Full bodied. Flavor is primarily chocolate. Its an earthy chocolate. This ale is very dry, tho the label says brewed with honey. Finishes chocolate and dry. Maybe with a honey hint coming out. Or not. Very tasty.

Deep brown color, tan head. I cant say I noticed any honey. Just a straight forward, roasty porter with quite a bit of espresso flavors.

Tap at Ironfire. Muddy dark brown with red highlights. Sheets of lacing. Nose is unassuming, muted hazelnut, soil. Taste is weaker, dusty, black tea, lemon, hints of dark chocolate. Palate is thin, soil heavy. Weak for imperial porter.

65 cl bottle. Freshness info worn out.
Pours dark red, almost black color with a small off-white head. Very strong aroma here, honey sweetness, nutty notes, toffee, cocoa and coffee. Flavor is bitter malty, cocoa, coffee notes, mild honey sweetness. Okay but the honey slightly disturbs at the end, slightly too burnt too.
