COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The beer is brewed using the same malt used for Caybrew and CayLight, but three speciality malts are added a Munich malt, crystal malt and black malt. The Munich malt and crystal malt add flavour, while the black malt gives the beer its unique dark colour, as well as adding a roasted flavour.

The best so far from this brewery. Clear dark brown, off-white foam head. Caramel in aroma and taste, little on sweet side, still also some smoke there. (Cayman Islands 201702)

Can. Country tick thanks to Homer! Pours clear Amber hazel, small off white head, good enough lacing. Aroma is grainy, corn, roast, toffee, malt extract. Flavor is light plus sweet, very light bitter, malty, hints of grain and roast. Medium body, low acidity. Creamy mouthfeel. Not a bad beer. But of a chemical aftertaste.

Many thanks for this beer to Erzengel. Pours a light brown, clear color, small, but staying head. Very malty, bready aromas, appeals of wood.
