The definition of faulty beer. Milky pour, diacetyl-dominant flavor of butter and sweat with notes of autolyzed yeast (peanuts, mud) and green apple (acetaldehyde). On tap at Ironworks poured a clear tarnished gold with a small lasting creamy ivory head with great lacing. Aromas of crackers, earthiness, citrus and ligt honey. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of crackers, citrus, light earthiness and a hint of honey with a crisp dry lingering moderatly bitter finish.
