First German hops in the aroma, later replaced for citrus. Pale yellow, hazy, white fine head, good lace. Light sweet, light bitter, hint of sourness, some citrus. Refreshing and a little sticky.
Tasting at Pia.
Golden with white head. Aroma of malt with a sour note. Flavor is malt and a little caramel. TaxiDriver (1847) - Stadland, GERMANY - APR 15, 2009
Bottle. A light sour smell of yeast, a little bit bread and caramel. The white foamy normal sized head gets milky later on, the duration is medium. The fizzy body is orange. The beer is mild, only light sour, reminds me of an Helles. The finish is rather short and soft. The body is creamy with a soft carbonation and a light body. A good normal Landbier. auderale (605) - Minot, North Dakota, USA - MAR 1, 2009

500 ml bottle in Kleinwasserthal Austria. A pleasant surprise. Nice Aroma light apple taste spicy. Superior beer. Let it warm before drinking. ogivlado (8331) - Zagreb, CROATIA - DEC 30, 2008
Bottled(500ml). -Cloudy orange coloured, small white head, fruity nose. Lots of particles floating around. Malty, decent hoppy and light herbal with notes of honey and fruits. Light bitterness in the finish. Quack-Duck (9540) - Down South, GERMANY - OCT 7, 2008
previously tested on German BTO 10/2006: Ich finde die Flasche ganz gelungen, mutet sehr nostalgisch an. EFC1878 (315) - Manchester, Greater Manchester, ENGLAND - SEP 28, 2008
Bottled. Hazy/murky appearance due to its unfiltered nature. Mainly malt aroma but with pleasing citrus/hop undertones. Sharpness slightly overwhelms malt characteristics, though not to the detriment of the hoppy finish. Lighter than you’d expect from 5.6%. Overall, a very good hand-crafted lager from an underrated brewery. sirPino (883) - Zawiercie/Sosnowiec, POLAND - SEP 4, 2008
Bottle brown, 500 ml
Appearance: Pours orangy amber, cloudy to murky body texture with a mild natural effervescence and very gentle saturation of a natural origin, head is initially big, slowly decreasing to small, frothy in texture, partially lasting, slightly off - white in colour.
Aroma: Very nice pronounced fruity, refreshing hoppyness, lime and explicit lemon, orange and grapefruit, well hopped with very gentle, pure grainy malty sweet back, aroma is explicit and quite well pronounced, intensive and moreover slightly flowery apart from dominating herbal notes, leaves, bark, resin, cardboard and dry herbs, finish duration is moderate.
Flavour: Very gentle notes of blackberries, wildberries, bramble, soft to moderate alcoholic in its taste, citrus, notes of fresh lemon and yellow orange, finish feel is lightly astringent and average even to strong in alcohol. Nice from the point of viev of being unpasteurized and unfiltered.
Palate: Body is medium, texture is dry, carbonation on palate is moderate, finish feel is moderate astringent.
