COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is extremely popular among our Pale Ale fans. Our recipe and its particular mix of three different kinds of hops creates a more complex and richer flavor than our Pale Ale by extracting the optimal amount of flavor and bitterness to create a clean finish. This Triple Hop Pale Ale has a short shelf-life since it is quickly snapped up by our fans.

Bottle. Pours with a large, fluffy white head over a hazy golden orange body.Lace everywhere. Aroma of well...very little. I get a bit of hops and some fruit and plastic (lightly phenolic). Taste is a mild but clean pale ale with hops and some fruit, dried peaches, and an interesting rice/tang like finish. Malt bill tastes different than a lot of American made APAs. Kind of a watery flavor. Medium carbonation. Light lingering bitterness. Refreshing.

Sampled on 7/1/2009. This Pale Ale pours a medium orange gold color from a 500ml bottle. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is malt, floral hops and honey, with a touch of green apples and something else. A medium bodied American Pale Ale. The malts are caramel, green apples and honey. The hops are herbal and floral. A touch of mineralization, which intensifies as it warms. Decent carbonation. It needs a little more malt to balance the hops. Interesting beer. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Bottle... Sparkling clear golden ale with a mid-sized, frothy, white head that diminishes to a compact, tight crown. Biscuity, cookie dough aroma with notes of honey and an earthy hop element. Light to medium-bodied with moderate carbonation. The flavor leans on the bitter side of balance with a little toffee and honey sweetness alongside a very nice, understated, hop essence. The lupulin is more flavorful than it is bitter. Short, crisp, lightly bitter finish. Big time thanks go out to dmschefke for floating this bottle my way!

SphinxTX (2878) - Mata Gorda, Texas, USA - JUN 26, 2009
Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours a hazy gold with nice white head. Aroma is hoppy, some grapefruit, a little bubble gum. Flavor is pretty hoppy, strong bitter, fruit, and malt. Mouth feel is medium body with high carbonation. Overall, not bad at all....just seems to be missing something in the flavor...also, just a side note....it’s an American Pale Ale from Japan???

2.6
Cavie (4805) - Arlington, Texas, USA - JUN 26, 2009
Bottle courtesy of bu11zeye. Cloudy orange. Odd aroma, something sharp and chemical in it. Almost like nail polish remover. Taste has remnants of chemical but isn’t as prevalent as in the aroma. Little hop taste for a Triple Hop name.

blutt59 (6579) - Dallas, Texas, USA - JUN 26, 2009
bottle, thanks to bu11zeye, golden color with light foam, faint hops, apple aroma, flavor has a dry mineral texture wth some light citric notes and a mild finish
