Light amber color. Sweet malty nose that exudes of Yuzu and apricot. Lovely clean Yuzu mouth with little back bone. Not tart at all, but sweetish. Rounded and drinkable. Nice stuff willisread (3811) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - MAY 21, 2015
Draft at Keyaki Spring 2015. Hash gold color with a modest white head that dissipates pretty quickly. Nice light yuzu aromas with some grain, orange zest and lemon. Well-balanced on the palate. Great malt backbone and it tastes like beer and not yuzu juice. Very nice beer. jinroh (2470) - ESTONIA - MAR 28, 2015
Tap at BEERNISTA TOKYO 2015. Pours slightly cloudy yellow, nice top at first but comes down soon. I was expecting more yuzu from the aroma but actually it is quite subdued - but definitely there, nicely balanced. Taste has ore of the yuzu esters, making this beer very fresh and easily drinkable. Again, was nicely surprised with this one. EdKing (2668) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - NOV 13, 2014
On keg in Ushi-Tora care of Chewy. Pale amber in the glass, cloudy, with a large white foam head. Nose is yuzu fruit, creamy, orange peel, orange juice, slight touch of sour citrous. Taste is creamy you fruit, citrous rind, creamy wheat, orange peel and orange juice. The yuzu has a creamy fruity texture, with a touch of sour. biirusaikou (2705) - - JUL 22, 2014
A solid malty pale ale with a lovely bouquet of herbal/citrus hops and a rich yuzu twist. Very refreshing and nicely balanced.

Tap at Beer Stand Molto! Clean fresh citrusy nose, zest, and fairly strong hopping. Clear golden sraw. Decent sour citrus bittering (from zest or hops), thin maltiness, and long bitter tracks in the finish. Thin, with some body from hops. Pleasant, very light. The yuzu definitely dominates. Draught at Molto, Osaka. Clear dark gold, with a fine, creamy, short-lived head. Not much aroma- definitely some yuzu in there, but also some sweet malt enveloping it. Delicate palate, quite fine. Yuzu flavour is delicate, and has a sweet finish. Some bubblegum, cream too. Could use a little more bitterness, but rather polished nonetheless. Taster at the White Horse, Parsons Green, 25th May 2011. Hazy orange amber with a line of white head. Sharp fruity peel taste with juniper too. Yuzu lime, grassy notes. Strongly bitter, very dry. Mango on the nose, bit of alcohol too. Ferris (17120) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 2, 2013
Draft - Yuzu and very little else on the nose. Clear gold with a thin white head. Lots of Yuzu again with a citrus bitterness. Nice and refreshing, like a Radler. Not very exciting though. dfearnley (2405) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - DEC 2, 2013
