Bottle 330ml. Hazy orange with quickly diminishing low off-white head. Cherry aroma, dried fruits, spicy, a bit alcoholic. Sweet-bitter malty flavor, cherry, quite alcoholic, some hop notes. Unbalanced, definitely not an IPA. Just not good enough. zvsn (2092) - ISRAEL - DEC 4, 2013
Bottle. Pours gashing, hazy orange-amber with a huge head. Aroma of caramel, citrus and floral hops. Sweetish, with fruits, yeast and caramel flavors, low bitterness with a short finish, alcohol is quite noticeable. Medium-bodied, over-carbonated. ThreeCats (900) - ISRAEL - OCT 12, 2012
Lively foamy head over slightly hazy brown-copper body. Aroma of malt and caramel at first, with some hops showing later as beer warms a bit. Taste bitter and grassy, with a bit of tartness in finish, finish also exhibits a not altogether pleasant bitter-orange flavor. This is not exactly the hop-forward taste you’d expect from an IPA, but it might be a decent pale ale if the balance was shifted a bit. beerandbeyond (708) - ISRAEL - AUG 31, 2012

Bottle, no Desert Ale on the label so that is probably a different recipe, very little head, clear bronze colour, yeasty vanila aroma with some tropical fruits coming to the fore but are always quite light. flavour of flowers and fruits and a medium strong bitterness that doesn’t last for long. Not much of an IPA, quite dissapointing. zvikar (6172) - Ramat Gan, ISRAEL - AUG 25, 2011
Pours a bronze to yellow with a nice off-white head, aroma of pine, lemon, fresh onion and floral tones, flavor of lemon, a touch of bitterness balanced by lots of sourness with some malty tones and crisp finish, medium bodied, nice DSG (14784) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - AUG 20, 2011
