Keg at Uig Hotel Skye. Pours clear gold with small head. Aroma very slight. Some grain and faint citrus. Taste was mild malt and citrus. The oats don’t seem to offer much in the way of mouthfeel or body. Quite a bland beer. Maybe OK for a hot day session drink. Not great.

Frisch gezapft. Dunkelgolden mit leichter Trübung. Mittelgroße Schaumkrone. Hopfig und blumig. Feinherb und leicht trocken. Eher leichter Körper.

Large bottle at home. Aroma of honey, flowers, a bit weak aroma. Pours dark misty amber, white creamy head lacing. Taste as well is not that rich, oats, a bit honey, minimal flowers. Mouthfeel is watery, little fizzy.

550ml bottle. Pours a light gold with an off white head. Nose is sweet malt, biscuit, honey and something a bit floral. Creamy light mouth feel. Taste is fairly subtle but has a slight stout like taste with a honey malt with a slight orange bitterness from the hops. Overall pretty decent for a light ale.

Burnt orange colour with nice fluffy head that tightened a bit when settled. Clear. Not much nose. Easily drunk. Not very complex but drinkable. Dry finish. Would never know porridge oats in there but a little something in palate

Let humlet, meget sødlig. En god ale, der er sødlig tør i det. Ale som det skal være.

Pint Wetherspoons. Pours light amber, transient head. Faint malty aroma. It’s a bitter, and it’s pleasantly bitter. No real complexity. Decent pint, but nothing special.

Honey, grass, toast and fruits in the aroma. Golden with a off-white head. Medium sweet and medium bitter. Medium body with a average to soft carbonation. Overall an OK BItter, but a bit on the thin side. Nothing interesting here.
