Bottle from Morrisons, Chester-le-Street. A golden beer with citrus fruit and toffee flavours with a bitter woody hop finish. JorgeLee (2096) - Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 11, 2012
Cask in the Volunteer, NW1. An orange brown beer with a white head. Labelled as an American Pale Ale, this is actually an English bitter with a fairly earthy (ash?) hop character. Not especially easy drinking, or tasty, wasn’t overimpressed. kwik-lime (1915) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 4, 2012
Hoppy, quite earthy, some ash, slightly cloying. Interesting bitter, but not convinced that's a good thing.

Dark amber colour with a thin head. Aroma of malt, caramel and fruit fragrances. Taste of caramel, malt and nuttiness. HogTownHarry (6622) - Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, CANADA - AUG 22, 2012
Handpull at The Blackfriar. Clear amber-gold with a tiny frothy head. Odd aroma - grassy, overripe mango for days. Taste- oh my, is that right? - spoilt fruit and paint thinner - not at all nice. Average body, slick, low carbonation and a long harsh varsol finish. Not even slightly good. Rune (12635) - Tromsø, NORWAY - AUG 9, 2012
Half pint on hand pump at Victoria Hotel in Leeds. Clear amber, firm white head, good lacing. Malt-fruity aroma. Caramel malts to the taste buds partly offset by mild, fruity bitterness. Malt bittersweet ending. Rather tasty (11.07.2012). maeib (8749) - Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, ENGLAND - AUG 4, 2012
