A Mes rate:
Cask at Victoria Station ’Spoons. Popped in for a swift one on our way down to Planet Thanet and this made it well worth doing so. Hoppy and slight malt in the aroma. Copper coloured with a decent creamy head. Malt, hops, cream, spice, treacle and coffee in what is a well balanced and resonably complex flavour. Bitter hop finish with lemon and just a lick of alcohol. Good stuff. chriso (7569) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 3, 2006
Cask (handpump), Lord Moon of the Mall, Whitehall, London. Old notes from 2002. Amber coloured best bitter. Mainly fruity, with lemony hops and a fair amount of bitterness. Firm mouthfeel.
