Cask pint at The Charles Dickens, Southwark. Bubbly clear gold with average white head. Simple and light grassy/grainy aroma - honey and heather. Taste has more grain, less sweetness, some alc. Light, slick and sticky mouth, mild carb and astringency - Ehhhh. anders37 (26878) - Malmö, SWEDEN - DEC 3, 2009
Cask @ The Bree Louise, Euston, London NW1. Pours a clear amber color with no head. Has a fruity malty hoppy aroma. Fruity malty hoppy flavor with some hints of citrus and some weak hints of caramel. Has a fruity malty hoppy finish. imdownthepub (15132) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - JUL 20, 2009
Cask conditioned at The Black Boy, Winchester. Clouded orange with no head. How on earth can a pub serve up a beer like this and think to get away with it? The beer was mushed up and dull, the barmaid thought it would clear eventually when I took it back, nope. Looks like I missed out on a very good beer seeing the other ratings, I will re rate if I see it again. Doppelganger (1388) - Dry County, Arkansas, USA - JUL 9, 2008
Cask, Turf Tavern, Oxford. Pale copper, sticky fine white head. Flowery, grass-after rain hops with a bit of tangerine skin. Fresh and clean. Soft malt, gentle plums, fresh green bitterness. Simple, lively, good. bobinlondon (1297) - Harrow, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 8, 2008
Handpulled cask at JDW Watford. Gold with thin white head. Good hoppy aroma. Juicy malty body with citric hoppy balancing bitterness. I enjoyed this one.
