minutemat (6226) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - AUG 15, 2013
Cask at The White lion of Mortimer, Stroud Green. Mild citrus, pleasant and cool although would’ve preferred a much colder pint. Fairly pleasant session beer, but not enough flavour to get me buying another.

Theydon_Bois (21425) - Hazlemere, the lower Xhitlerns, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - MAY 17, 2013
Cask at the Bell, Waltham St Lawrence, 15/05/13. Very lightly hazed pale golden with a thin white head that clears to the edge and a film. Nose is pale malt, light grapefruit, grass, citrus. Taste comprises floral hop notes, pale malt, grass, light orange, citrus. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, light bitterness in the finish. Ok stuff.

downender (9003) - Bristol, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - SEP 13, 2012
Cask-conditioned at the Black & Gold beer festival, the Gryphon, Bristol 2/9/2012. Deep gold with a slight, off-white head. Light, cereal malt and dusty hop aroma. Sweetish cereal malt flavours, with a touch of fruit and moderately bitter finish. Ok.

BlackHaddock (7956) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - AUG 9, 2012
28th April 2012: half pint, cask in The Craft, London. Pale gold, clear and clean (lager-like): on top a thin coating of white foam. Next to no smell, slight citrus hop wafts maybe, but not much really, of anything. Thin and struggled to give off any strong flavours in the mouth: might be fine on a hot day after cutting the grass, but not on a cold, wet London evening in April. Didn’t float my boat at all, couldn’t even find the alcohol in the taste.

DruncanVeasey (8401) - Nr NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - JUN 26, 2012
Cask handpull, The Blue Pig, Wolvey, 26/06/12. Thick-lacing, conditioned gold with a dense, stable foam. Heavily buttered, light rub of lemony hop aroma. Pint of honeyed, buttered biscuits basically; struggling to get through the butter- not diacetyl, just biscuitiness. OK but lacks hop.

swooper (1254) - Cambridge and Kladno(Czech Rep.), Cambridgeshire, ENGLAND - JUN 23, 2012
Cask. Malty aroma. Golden light hazy white foam. Medium sweet light bitter. Tasty medium body. Good comolex beer.

3.3
Leighton (22773) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAR 15, 2012
Cask at The Knights Templar, JDW, London. Pours clear, yellow-gold with a tight, foamy white head. Aroma holds doughy malts and light, lemony citrus. Light to medium sweet flavor, more doughy sugars, some mild straw bitterness, hints of citrus fruits. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Good condition. Sweet, lightly sticky finish, some white sugar, dough, white bread, dry hay. Very basic stuff. Nothing too wrong, but nothing too right.

(Cask at Black Door, 20111214) The beer poured golden and almost clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had malts, fruitiness and hops. Palate was medium bodied and dry with low carbonation. Flavours were hops, fruitiness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter. Nice fruity golden ale with long lasting flavour.

oh6gdx (26485) - Vasa, FINLAND - NOV 27, 2011
Cask. Golden colour, minor white head. Aroma is fruity and zesty with some nice maltyness as well. Flavour is fruity and floral with some wooden notes as well as some nectary notes. Actually quite balanced and refreshing, flavourwise leaning almost to an APA.
