COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An easy-drinking wheat beer is light in color and body...perfect for the warmer weather. In crafting this fine ale, we add many pounds of real apricot fruit to create a "secondary fermentation." This creates a gentle wheat beer with just a hint of apricot flavor in the finish. A very drinkable, mildly fruity ale.

Its not as bad as you think. Smell apricot, lemon. Come in light yellow. Taste light apricot, somewhat acidity and slimy. Just alright, easy lady beer.

Bottle. Clear gold with a nice 1 finger off white head. Aroma is peach syrup and slightly floral. Taste is apricot, wheat, lager yeast and some unpleasant breadiness that I can't quite put my finger on. Thin fizzy palate. Not wonderful.

Draft 7/26/13 (Market Street Brewery-corning N.Y.)-Pours a hazy orangie with a small head. Aroma of apricot. Taste of wheat and apricot with the apricot not being overbearing. This light bodied brew was not bad I am not a fan of apricot.

Whiff of apricot on the nose. Palate is dominated by apricot. Nothing fantastic but pretty innocuous, not overly cloying as many fruit beers can be.

draft, poured clear orange color with a white head. Not hazy as a wheat. Aroma of yeast and a good apricot. Flavor was apricot, lemon pledge, light spice and yeast notes. Definitely watery. Not for me.
