Bottle. Cinnamon, nutmeg, and pumpkin malt aroma. Cloudy amber with small head. Sweet nutmeg, cinnamon, pumpkin, light malt and mildly bitter herbal flavor. Not bad - standard pumpkin ale. alexsdad06 (11222) - West Chester, Ohio, USA - SEP 28, 2014
Draft at Dutch’s. Pours a slightly hazy orange amber color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have a decent pumpkin character, spices that grow with warming, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice with a splash of caramel. The body is a touch thin, but generally this is ok for a pumpkin beer. kaser (6429) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - SEP 26, 2014
Orange no head pour in New York. Super pumpkins dull other than that. Spices. Wouldn't have this again Patrickctenchi (6804) - Cox’s Knob, columbus, Indiana, USA - SEP 23, 2014
Slightly hazy, amber, with a short, beige head.
Cola, pumpkin, crust aroma.
Taste is flaky pie crust, pumpkin, nutmeg.
Rich, sweet, caramel malt.
Easygoing, but tasty............
better than expected. BrewBoxer (2667) - New York, New York, USA - SEP 21, 2014
Bottle. Pours a nice healthy tab brown color with a head that fades. Sweet cinnamon taste with a hint of spice. Decent as it warms up and doesnt taste as artificial. ok

12oz bottle pours a slightly hazy, burnt orange with a ring of sticky, slightly off white head. Nose is what you’d expect, cinnamon, nutmeg, some brown sugar, some white pepper, some roasted squash, a little candy. Flavor follows right along, canned pumpkin puree, cinnamon, brown sugar, ginger, all spice. Spicy finish. What you’d expect. NikkTwist (3401) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 15, 2014
UPDATED: OCT 18, 2017 Draft at Moriartys and later Bru Craft. Clear dark orange pour. Foamy ring. Nicely juicy. Pumpkin pie spice is there but not the focus. Soft carbonation. Pleasant balanced malts. Bests most other pumpkin beers. Not bad. Tmoney99 (15114) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - SEP 8, 2014
Tap sample. Poured clear hazy orange amber color with an average off-white frothy head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Solid pumpkin and spice. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium balanced pumpkin and spice sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Solid seasonal beer. UPDATED: OCT 1, 2014 Spicy aroma but wasn’t overwhelming. Appearance looked the same as other pumpkin ales. not much pumpkin flavor and didnt go over the top with spices(which i actually enjoy). I would drink this year round as it is sweeter than others and not as much pumpkin flavor. Prob 4th or 5th best of the 8 different pumpkin beers ive had this year. Poured a dark cloudy amber with a thin head. Strong aroma of pumpkin with a bit of cinnamon. Taste very much the same. Pumpkin is definitely not hidden or masked by spices or malt flavors. Very smooth and light with a sweet finish.
