Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy amber with a light-medium head. Very spice-heavy aroma of pumpkin, cinnamon, and ginger. The flavor is similar - the spices (I get ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg, roughly in that order) come through more strongly than the pumpkin. Nice finish and aftertaste. One of the better pumpkin beers I’ve had.
Poured into a becher pint glass, the appearance was a ruddy burnt orange color with a thin layer of white foamy head. Stringy lace.
The aroma starts off with sweet pumpkin flesh rolling into some light allspice, ginger, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Subtle vanilla with a light pie crust hits appropriately.
The flavor brings all of those previously mentioned aromas together sweetly and with a nice subtle spice to balance. Combined sweet to spice aftertaste with a crisp finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionability about it. Nicely carbonated, this one allows the spice to balance decently.
Overall, nice pumpkin ale that seems to be a nice go-to for the season. I would have again. corby112 (2804) - philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 12, 2015
Draft at The Pour House in westmont, NJ.
Pours a very hazy, dark orange/copper color with burnt orange edges and a half finger off-white head that quickly settles into a thin ring. Spotty lacing left behind.
Slightly vegetal pumpkin pie aroma with sweet malt, autumnal spices and floral hops. Some caramel malt and toffee along with pumpkin, allspice, clove and ginger.
Full bodied with a zesty spice presence that lingers over the sweet malt notes and pumpkin purée into a slightly dry finish. Touch of floral hops with some clove, cinnamon and allspice followed by a sweet, slightly earthy pumpkin presence. More dessert like, however, with pumpkin pie sweetness, vanilla and nutmeg. Well balanced with a subtle hop presence that adds another dimension. Flavorful and very easy to drink. argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - NOV 9, 2015

Blah, blah, blah...another pumpkin ale. This one isn’t terrible, but it’s much the same as all the others. Whatever. N3lson1 (1005) - Long Valley, New Jersey, USA - OCT 26, 2015
Drank at the Penalty Box in Scranton, Pa on tap in a pint glass. Pours a nice amber color, with very little off white head. Has a slight pumpkin flavor, not a bad pumpkin brew.

Pours a hazy reddish Amber with a slight off white head. Aroma is cinnamon and all spice mixed with brown sugar. Taste is lightly malt with a lean more toward sour than sweet. The finish is spicy without much bitterness. The finish is also dry.

Amber/orange color. Medium-sized, off-white head. Malt , pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg in aroma . Sweet taste with light hoppy bitterness in finish. Not overloaded with spices . HoppyScallywag (339) - Butler, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 22, 2015
Good tasting lager...yuenglengesque, but with an Octoberfest vibe. Crisp and refreshing.

12 ounce bottle. Amber orange color topped by a small creamy beige head. Light pumpkin and spice aroma. Toasted malt flavor has the expected cinnamon and nutmeg spiciness. Some hop bitterness in midtaste. Nice balance. Not overdone on spices. Decent pumpkin ale. LetsGoState (883) - Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 13, 2015
Appearance is light amber. Aroma isn’t too memorable. Taste is small hints of pumpkin with other spices. Overall an average, but decent, pumpkin ale.
