4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
UPDATED: JAN 2, 2014 Bottle split with Pat, from place off of chestnut near the First Unitarian Church in Philly. Pours a light, bright red body with nice haze and an insane amount of carbonation. The laser etching in my delirium glass is tearing this beer up for a good 5 minutes. Aroma is tart and wheat. Mouthfeel is very champagne carbonation, great touch on the mouth... extremely tart - mouth puckering. Taste is well done tartness, some sour blueberries after the initial punch in the face of tart.
Cloudy orange with some pinkish read tone with a fizzy white head. Aroma of vinegar, barnyard funk.and berries. Blueberry flavor with some very present tartness. Absolutely delicious. koleminer20 (3597) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - MAY 15, 2015
Shared at a tasting hosted by Steebo on February 13. The pour is a really cloudy and murky orange-ish pink color with a thin white head that fades quickly. The aroma is huge on the blueberries and a good funk. There is a lot of Brett here, and a hint of some floral aspects. The flavor is great. Nice sharp tart blueberries and a resounding sourness. It’s just great. The mouth feel is great as well. Light on the tongue, great carbonation dancing around, and a lingering sour blueberry aftertaste for days. Damn good. 750ml bottle pours hazy pale orange with violet tint and medium small head. Nose and palate have some subtle soft interwoven tart blueberry and plum, hints of fruit spice with subtle straw grain and touch of crust. Finishes medium tartness with good acidity level and some soft funky grain. Holding up pretty well. AirForceHops (7233) - Epping, New Hampshire, USA - MAR 8, 2015
750 ml bottle Batch number E!041, Bought this in a charity auction this past fall, finally opening it with friends. Spilt during Willrunforbeer’s blueberry sour comparison tasting. Sort of a dirty pink Amber color without much head in the snifter. Aroma is white wine, oak, full Bretty notes and very weak berry. WillRunForBeer (2652) - Massachusetts, USA - MAR 8, 2015
Flavor is spot on the aroma, the flavors are subtle and very integrated extremely well. The berries are here but an afterthought and complements the Brett. Nice level of carbonation that gives a tingle across the tongue. Very light lactic notes but no pucker in the taste buddies. Very nice brew.
750mL shared by AirForceHops. Thanks, Chris! Bottled E41. Pours murky orange brown with an off white head. Aroma is floral, green apple, blueberries. Flavor is nice tart and lemony. A hint of blueberry skin in the finish.

"Man - takes the stinky cheese to a whole new level. Wonderful funky aroma, musty cheese and fresh berry, similar flavor that just lasts forever. Excellent brew." emacgee (4676) - Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA - SEP 10, 2014
Cloudy murky pour with reddish tint. Crackling off white head. Lots of berry in the nose and acidity with a light sweetness. Lots of acidity in the flavor, leaning acetic. Lots of berry flavor. Very acidic and dry finish. orangesol (987) - Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 4, 2014
Thanks to whoever brought this to the Inaugural "Imminent Liquidation Bottle Share" Event. Bottle poured into a taster glass.
A - Pours ruby red with a small half finger tall white head, dissipating down to almost nothing, leaving small wisps of lacing down the glass.
S - Plenty of tart funk up front with hints of light blueberry, citric fruits, dry yeast, and some earthy oak. The tartness is a bit overpowering and doesn’t allow all the other flavors to come thru as much as I would like.
T - Huge blast of tart funk up front giving way slowly to a mix of light blueberry, dry oak, and some strong acidic fruit. Plenty of pucker in the finish, lingering for quite awhile. I was really expecting the blueberry’s to be more prominent but they were a bit muted. Still a very enjoyable American wild.
M - Medium body and flavor with moderate carbonation. Nice crisp tart feel with plenty of pucker in the finish. Not too over the top but still quite tart.
D - Pretty good. I could definitely drink this one no problem but it really was very tart. It really didn’t tire the pallet like some of the others I have had, quite refreshing even.
