This poured a cloudty orange color with a white head. Aroma was of orange peel, yeast, and coriander. Taste is very sweet, some yeasty notes, and citrus rind too. Alcohol is present as well. Not a huge of imperial wheats. pineypower (3297) - Ocean County, New Jersey, USA - MAY 9, 2011
Pours out an attractive orange/amber color with a foamy white head. Aroma is coconut, citrus, lemon zest and some light spice, lots of the Sorachi Ace come through on the aroma. Taste is much the same as the aroma, lemon, coconut, light citrus hops, orange, and some interesting herbal notes creep in there before the dry finish. Definitely a solid brew with alcohol well hidden. Dorwart (2585) - Robbinsville, New Jersey, USA - MAY 8, 2011
Nice strong bright white head of very small and dense bubbles. Excellent carbonation. Wonderful aroma loaded with cirtus and ripe fruit. Oranges, grapefruit, pine and some mint in this pungent aroma. Color is a bright golden orange. Lots more juicy oranges in the flavor with some soft malts, a bit of astringency, some honey sweetness and some light herbal notes late swallow. Light alcohol warming with a somewhat bitter finish and lingering dry grasses and herbs. A pretty good brew with a great aroma! dmac (6213) - Toms River, New Jersey, USA - MAY 6, 2011
750 ml bottle from Spirits Brick. Poured a super murky almost muddy, if thatís even possible for a golden body beer, underneath an average sized white foamy head. Aroma is loaded with hops, tons of pine, slight cat piss, orange meat, citrus rind, and an additional aroma I can only explain as vanilla/pepper flower. Palate is medium bodied with average carboantion, a slighltly chalky feel and no trace of the 8.9% ABV. Flavor of pine, flowers, citrus, lemon zest, grains, clementines, grass clipings, oregeno and more. Man this is a solid hoppy beer. Nickls (2527) - Alexandria, Virginia, USA - MAY 6, 2011
Bottle. Hazy light rust orange with a white head. Loads of lemon and citrus from the hops and some yeastiness in the aroma. Sorachi and Citra both really shine with lots of clean, big citrus and lemony hops on a substantial malt backing. Softer, but big body with vibrant carbonation.

UPDATED: MAY 5, 2011 Rerate: 5/5/2011. Tried this on Tap at the Green Onion in Utica, and it was just as good, but tasted completely different. The pour had a nice looking white head and no yeast floating around. The aroma was pretty similar (oranges, citrus, hops, lemon), but a lot more subdued. The flavor, on the other hand, was sweet fruity mango, other nectar and citrus fruits, and had a nice tartness to it. Interesting that it tasted like such a different beer!
(Bottle: Cloudy orange, lots of floating yeast. Aroma is lemon, yeast, orange, spices. Wow. Flavor is hoppy, spicy and citrusy with lemony sweetness, but not as good as the aroma. (9-3-7-3-17)) hopdog (12486) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 21, 2011
750ml bottle. Poured a hazy golden amber color with a larger sized head. Aromas of floral hops, pine, citrus, yeast, and wheat. Tastes of citrus, pine, floral, fruity, and some spiciness. Jow (3899) - New York, USA - APR 17, 2011
The final brew from a beer pairing dinner at Craftbar. Amazing dinner and this was the best beer. Nose is of tropical fruits and piney hops, probably best smelling beer Iíve ever had.pours amber with nice white head. Tastes of cantaloupe, apricot, lots of hops, really amazing. Lightly hazy, orange amber color with a medium sized, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of orange, floral hops, citrus, pine, and tea. Taste of citrus, orange, toast, pine, vanilla, and bitter grapefruit. brokensail (16440) - Dublin, California, USA - APR 16, 2011
A: The pour is a hazed golden orange color with a white head.
S: Some very floral hops. Fairly herbal too with a lot of citrus (orange) peel. Thereís a bit of grass and wheat, but a strong plastic aroma, unfortunately.
T: A harsh bitterness and plastic flavor that sort of ruins the whole beer. There is some good citrus and citrus peel flavor and the floral hop qualities are nice. Piney hops provide some more bitterness.
M: Medium in body with medium carbonation.
O: There are some decent flavors, but that plastic was just too much to look past.
