750 thanks to Matt. Wow. Very interesting. Big pear flavor crossed with the Sorachi hops. Strong hoppy aroma. Very tasty. beerbill (3619) - Laurel, New York, USA - DEC 19, 2011
750 ml bottle purchased at Bellport Cold Beer & Soda. This is one of the prettiest beers I’ve seen in a while. Pours a totally cloudy apricot that has this beautiful warm glow when sunlight passes through the glass that seems to make the beer illuminate. Gorgeous. The head lasts until the very end and leaves a layer of foam with each sip all the way down. Very pleasant aroma that is filled with fresh citrusy hops along with some pine notes. The orange and lemon peel are more apparent in the flavor, along with some wheat grain. On the lighter side of medium bodied. Very nice beer. BeerBoxer (232) - Sacramento, USA - JAN 24, 2012

Bottle, 11/13/2012, batch E!036, from Good Beer NYC. Pours cloudy, light burnt orange with small head, fades to nice hazy slick. Aroma is definite sorachi ace and orange citrus, lemon peel, pear and tropical fruits, nice caramel backbone, light wheat. Taste follows suit: bright sorachi ace most prominent, with juicy orange, cantaloupe, grapefruit character. Medium palate, fairly smooth and highly drinkable. Really like the sorachi profile. It was great to find this again, not as aggressive as when fresh but still quite nice. TheJester (2543) - Cavan Monaghan, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 21, 2013
750 mL bottle. Pale, not much head. Smells pretty much like an ASA. But the lemon peel adds a really cool touch to the flavour, which differentiates this one from the competition. Excellent hop flavour and bitterness. unclemattie (4406) - Georgia, USA - DEC 17, 2013

On tap at the tasting room at Ithaca. Pours a hazed gold with a medium to large creamy white head. Awesome lemon and pineapple notes, huge citrus notes. Citra and Sorachi Ace together? Yummy. Nice wheat notes, earthy and gritty. Malt, toast, lemon, big grapefruit. Quite nice. jredmond (8839) - New York, New York, USA - JAN 18, 2011
