On tap at the tasting room at Ithaca. Pours a hazed gold with a medium to large creamy white head. Awesome lemon and pineapple notes, huge citrus notes. Citra and Sorachi Ace together? Yummy. Nice wheat notes, earthy and gritty. Malt, toast, lemon, big grapefruit. Quite nice.

Pours an opaque light golden brown with slight head. Nose is not strong but bubble gum & citrus are present. First sip is malty but balanced with Citra hops and the clean with Sorachi aces hops. Nice beer.

25.4 oz bottle. Hazy brass with a fluffy white head. Nose is wheat, orange and lemon zest with hints of pineapple. Juicy medium body with a tingle. Lingering resiny hops and citrus peel. Taste is vibrant bitter orange, grapefruit and pepper with a touch of honey. Gets cloudy toward the end with the wheat adding some smoothness.

750 ml bottle from Spirits Brick. Poured a super murky almost muddy, if that’s even possible for a golden body beer, underneath an average sized white foamy head. Aroma is loaded with hops, tons of pine, slight cat piss, orange meat, citrus rind, and an additional aroma I can only explain as vanilla/pepper flower. Palate is medium bodied with average carboantion, a slighltly chalky feel and no trace of the 8.9% ABV. Flavor of pine, flowers, citrus, lemon zest, grains, clementines, grass clipings, oregeno and more. Man this is a solid hoppy beer.

Bottle pours orange/gold with a creamy white head. Aroma shows notes of stonefruit, citrus, pine, and bread. Flavor shows the same with definitive lemon, orange, and yeast. Overall body is moderate and soft with a crisp, lightly bitter finish.

Bottle, 750 mL. Pours a nice deep gold, and tastes pretty much like you’d expect. A little bit of honey, a little bit of citrus...really just a good hoppy wheat with a little bit of sweetness. Tons of little islands in the pour.

Bottle thanks to murphym45. Light hazy golden pour with a pillowy white head that faded to a nice collar. Some lace. Aroma was full of nice citrus, plenty from the Citra and Sorachi Ace, then some bitter fruit peel citrus. Nice. Flavors were also big and citrusy, nice wheat undertones throughout, leaving some earthy notes and a rich smoothness. Finished with a pleasant bitterness, mouthfeel was slick, carbonation medium to light. A very good hoppy wheat...

Location: At the Foodery in Philly, 4/9/11

Aroma: The nose is fairly citrusy and herbal, with some floral and tropical notes
Appearance: It has a hazy golden pour with a large white head atop it
Flavor: The taste is like the nose with more of a yeast/dough characteristic to it
Palate: This one is fairly smooth with a medium body, an easy drinkability, and an average carbonation
Overall Impression: This was a really solid offering. One that I really enjoyed and I am glad that I got to try. Good stuff for sure.
