Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. The appearance is a cloudy yellow color with tons of sediment and a large white head. The aroma is floral hops and some fruit. The taste is citrus and hops. ClarkVV (6711) - Boston, Massachusetts, USA - NOV 24, 2016
Undated bottle from Box O Hops 12 pack, drunk 11/18/16.Handypaul (556) - Burlington, Vermont, USA - NOV 12, 2016
Mostly clear, copper-amber colored body with lighter gold tints and a medium-sized white head showing moderate to low retention.
Orange, spice, caramel, apple and other very straightforward C hop IPA with East Coast specialty malt and estery yeast notes.
Like a slightly improved East Coast IPA from 2008, it at least has a bit more maltiness and a softer texture. The beer is cleaner than the other 3 in the mixed pack and obviously filtered. Seems Ithaca needs a lot of work on unfiltered IPAs. Anyways, this is fruity, simple, clean and with low to moderate sweetness and a light to medium body. Doesn’t need all of this alcohol. I guess this beer was considered good when it first came out?? I remember having it back then and not understanding what the fuss was about. It certainly is nothing to write home about now.
Bottle. Pours hazy orange with a 1-finger, white, mostly lasting head that leaves very good lacing. Aroma of sugar candy, freshly cut grass and hay. Lightly bitter and medium sweet taste, sticky sweet mouthfeel, medium body, soft carbo that hits the back and sides of my tongue, flavors of caramel, butterscotch, grapefruit and sugar. Finish is medium sweet trending to lightly bitter in the middle and far finish. Quite out of balance with too much sweetness. Terminus (3683) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - NOV 3, 2016
Tap at keg & Lantern in Brooklyn
Pours clear orange hue with a small soapy white head and sparse lacing. Nose is chocolate hops slightly musty earthy herbal and tea qualities. Maybe that’s the flowers. Flavors are very floral herbal and flowery. Very low bitternrss. Unique somewhat old school ipa here. Very nice! mzaar (3463) - Varberg, SWEDEN - NOV 3, 2016
Tap. Pours clear golden with a white head. Massive amount of tropical fruit in aroma and flavour. Also pine and caramel. Oily texture. Bitter and fruity finish..

Bottle from New Beer Distributors, Manhattan, New York, USA. A golden/orange coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, floral, citrus aroma. Tastes similar, hoppy, floral, citrus, some tropical fruit. Good stuff from Ithaca Beer Company. GunnarStal (10) - - AUG 3, 2016
Pours yellow, slightly hazy. Taste of some pine, mostly citrus and mango. Good mouthfeel and finish. Not complex but very good. SONOFWODEN (56) - New York, USA - JUL 24, 2016
Lighter bodied, hoppy without the hard bite, and exceptionally smooth to drink. A no-brainer, especially in the summer. A more moderate IPA. I was impressed by how smooth and easy it was to drink. A little more body and bolder flavor would have easily put this IPA over the 4.0 score for me. But, as is, I will definitely pour this one again. This is one of the finest brew I have ever tasted. It really wakes up the taste buds and you pick up on all the different flavors going on with out being overwhelmed by any single.one. It pairs well with a warm summer day, a good toke (or two) and some good music. badwhale (420) - Bitterville, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 7, 2016
Bottle to glass mug. Pours a hazy yellow with a sparse white head. Super hop nose of citurs and pineapple. A barrage of hop flavors and good palate. Delicious
