COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Pale Ale boasts a fragrant aroma and assertive, crisp bitterness. This ale has a deep golden color and slightly sweet malt finish, which nicely balances its hop bitterness.

This is a decent, easy-drinking pale ale. The balance of malt and hops is pretty good, but the finish is somewhat like cough medecine. There are so many pale ales on the market, that, unless something strikes me as being particularly wonderful (which this isn't), I can't justify a rave review.

Dark golden color, quickly-fading head. Mild carbonation. Smooth flavor, fairly hoppy, but a somewhat unpleasant, sour finish.

Nice orange tint to the golden colour, sour fruity smell. Good pale ale taste with some distinctive fruity notes. Some hops go towards the aftertaste, but an all-arond decent beer!

UPDATED: MAY 22, 2004 This pale has been upgraded since my last rating. I heard that they were hopping this brew up, and it delivers. Nicely hopped and well balanced. A good effort and one worth seeking out in and around the area.

This is an average beer at best. Little in the way of maltiness and a sharpness without good hop flavor. The nut brown and flower power are much better.

Very nice hoppy American pale. Golden pour is nice to look at. Good companion to spicy foods. Malt was there, but in the background as a pale ale should be.

Nice orange color; Frothy white head. Nice crispness on the tongue, with pleasent citrus notes. Hops created a slight burn on the tongue.

bottled - all the pieces are there but didn't gel quite right for me. nice head and color but aroma and flavor have a hop bitterness without the spice and floral chracteristics.

aroma of canned peaches. Sweet citrus taste with a mild hop finish, good, but Ive had much better.
