Pours thick and black with a beige head. Aroma has dark chocolate, espresso, chili, light coconut, light bourbon, oak. Taste is super rich with chocolate cake, slightly vinous oak or coffee, bigger coconut now, slight booze and a light tingle from the peppers. Thick mouthfeel, medium soft carbonation, slick and oily. Long and strong aftertaste. Reeeeeally nice.

A: Deep dark brown coloured, thin brown head N: Cinnamon, vanilla, bourbon, milk chocolate T: Cinnamon! Vanilla, milk chocolate, coconut, light bourbon touch to it O: Cinnamon is a bit overwhelming, but the coconut is a very pleasant surprise!

Pouring at the 2016 Micro Brew Invitational in Boston. Pours a big dark black with a thin tan head. Barrel hits first, followed by roast, chocolate, coconut, a bit of spice. On the thicker side of medium bodied. Chocolate, roast, warm cocoa, coconut. Long pudding and booze on the finish, big and pretty.

22oz bottle at the 2017 RIS tasting, thanks to Steve. poor planning on my part, but these last few have all head the breakfast/cinnamon roll spin going on, making it hard to discern one from the other. Not a bad thing, and this one was pretty good and delicious, but I can’t add much more than to say black pour, beige head, boozy aroma, roast malts, cinnamon, vanilla.

Korcz (3389) - Warsaw, POLAND - MAY 1, 2017
Niesamowita czekolada, cynamon, wanilia, bourbon. Bardzo kremowe, mega długie posmaki, delikatne chilli na finiszu. Cudny balans. Zdecydowanie warto dać mu się ogrzać, kiedy się otworzy - okazuje się być piwem minimalnie lepszym niż Abraxas.

Sampel butelki w Chmielarni. Piękny aromat czekolady i cynamonu. Smak słodki, umiarkowanie gorzki. Fajnie ciastkowe, sporo cynamonu. Trochę deser w płynie. Bardzo smaczne.
