Incredible caco, vanilla, brownie, chillies, but in the right amount. J.Wakefiled keeps the good level. koleminer20 (4261) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - OCT 31, 2017
From notes. Enjoyed at a tasting at Corbet’s house on October 18. 750 mL bottle. Thanks Corbet! The pour is a medium black color with a little bit of dark garnet shining around the edge. There is a nice dark khaki colored ring of head that falls away pretty quickly. The aroma is definitely solid. There is a good vanilla and a lovely chocolate up front that transitions through a pretty hefty pepper. There is a light heat, but it’s not overbearing. The bourbon works well in addition and then the heat definitely grows on the finish. The flavor is much of the same. The pepper heat definitely grows pretty quickly and maintains the head. The chocolate and vanilla work well with a nice oak and a hint of bourbon that helps cut through the heat. The mouth feel is a heavier medium body with a soft carbonation and a lingeringly hot pepper and chocolate finish. This is pretty interesting, but glad I got to try it. 8 4 7 4 15 heman (1312) - Tychy, POLAND - OCT 26, 2017
Mocny aromat czekoladowo-waniliowy z niuansami suszonej papryki w tle. W smaku pełne i słodkie.
Sample. Chocolate, vanilla, red fruits, marshmallow, oak, caramel. Medium to heavy sweet, hot. What is suprising for me, peppers perfectly match the beer. BlazerT (1352) - Sosnowiec, POLAND - OCT 23, 2017
Vanilla, brown sugar, bourbon, milk chocolate. In the aftertaste nice, clean chill notes, not to annoying, really nice one.

On tap at the brewery. Black body. Head doesn’t last long. Smell is a little phenolic. Some bourbon. Sweet smelling too. Tastes sweet up front. Brown sugar. Milk chocolate. Some bourbon, but not prevalent. A little bit of banana. Pepper builds quickly. It’s not a strong flavor, but it lends a lot of raw spiciness. Heavy body. Spice cuts the sweetness, but it’s still a sugar monster. rxeight (3344) - Illinois, USA - JUN 12, 2016
750ml. Roasty malt. Milk chocolate. Light bourbon. Vanillin. The pepper really comes through on the back. A little bit of pepper flavor, but a lot of heat. Spicy. Probably enough to turn most people off, but I like the spicy beers. But for me, this was delicious. umich03jm (3512) - Flat Rock, Michigan, USA - JUN 4, 2016
Bottle. Thanks Reiss! Aroma is huge chocolate cake and vanilla with some mild smokey pepper. Tastes the same. The pepper is fairly hot and builds after each sip but it doesn’t distract from the beer at all. Medium to full body. Just a really good beer. Bottle: The aroma consists of moderate chocolate fudge, roast, vanilla, maple, and a rough of peppers. It pours a dark brown with no transparency and a small khaki head that fades to a minimal film outlined by a very fine ring. The flavor starts with moderate chocolate /fudge with a touch of molasses. The finish has light-moderate roast, vanilla, and mild bourbon. There is a slight tingle that lingers on the tongue from the peppers. It’s full bodied with mild carbonation and a somewhat oily mouthfeel.
Bottle. Dark pour with tan head. Roasted chocolate, chili and sweet aromas. Vanilla, chocolate, peppers and roasted Flavors.
