Poured into a nonic pint glass, the appearance was a semi-dark rugged burnt orange color with a sly fizzling head but no lacing.
The aroma had pumpkin, ginger and allspice up front. Some caramel malts to balance.
The flavor was somewhat sweet underscored by the spice. Lingering sweet bready pumpkin spicy aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Moderate carbonation feels fine.
Overall, better than the last beer I had by them but still knowing there’s better pumpkin ales on the market. katrinaez (2073) - norristown, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 11, 2016
Transferring from old rating system. Heavy nutmeg. Still a decent pumpkin fall beer. Bottle ordybill (1800) - Douglasville, Georgia, USA - NOV 5, 2016
Poured from the tap into a 20 OZ mug at the Taco Mac in Atlanta, GA. The appearance is a reddish brown with a small white head. The aroma is all pumpkin and cinnamon. The taste follows the nose. A solid pumpkin beer.

330ml bottle, gift from Eduardo Ruiz-Tagle. Quick notes. Pours a dark orange color with an off-white head that shows good retention. Very spicy aroma of Pumpkin pie, Christmas spices, nutmeg, orange and lemon peel, ginger and wheat grains. Malty and spicy, yet quite fresh. Taste is mostly sweet, but not overly so. Well balanced neutral cereal and cake-bread crust flavors mix up well with the spice and the Pumpkin sweetness. Very nice. Light-medium body, refreshing. Medium to high carbonation. Complex in its lightness. I would love to have more. PanMarek (460) - Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 8, 2016
Sweet, spicy nose, hits all the right notes, nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, a little ginger. Sweet and slick on the tongue, medium body and light fizz. The malts bring some caramel. Too sweet in the end.
Stampion (276) - Washington, Washington DC, USA - OCT 7, 2016
Pours dark, ice tea like, cloudy. Tastes of pumpkin and spices and falls short of pie in a glass. No head to speak of and light in body. Decent option for the season.

Best Pumpkin Beer out there. Do not drink in the bottle, quality of beer is much better if you drink in a glass. Yes it does taste like pumpkin pie & that is why I love it. All the flavor that makes beer great. Sorry, but I love cinnamon, nutmeg spices & think it makes this beer outstanding. fsbw21086 (481) - New Jersey, USA - SEP 29, 2016
Pretty bad. Watery with tons of fake chemical fruit, pumpkin, spice flavors. Does not taste natural or refreshing. much better out there in this style.
