Can from Craft Brewed. Pours a clearish gold with a finger of foam that dissipates. A little smoke and wort in the nose. Light strawberry and raspberry purée on the palate....kinda watery though. Not really a fan, but it was drinkable.

Tap @ Father Tom’s Pub, Cookeville, Tennessee. Cloudy pale amber-yellow with a thin head. It’s a wheat ale with a good fruitiness in both aroma and taste, although perhaps not as stated as you might expect from the recipe.

Sweet but not too sweet but not not too sweet. Strawberry and raspberry are dominant, tart but not overbearing until the finish. Yeasty wheat notes seem lax, but the fruit gets a bit Kool-Aid-ish towards the back. Eh.

UPDATED: APR 15, 2017 Pours a hazy golden yellow on tap with fluffy white head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma of mild wheat and a little soapy. Taste is the fruit up front, nice mild wheat behind. Thicker mouth, good stuff.

Pint at Beyond the Edge. This is weirdly clear for a hefeweizen. Did it settle out in storage? Color is right: light orange with a tall head. Really tasteful use of raspberries on this one. It’s not over the top, tastes natural. Solid yeast character provides banana suggestions. The finish gets a little perfumey with the combination. But if I was forced to drink a fruit beer, this’ll do.

Lightly hazed orange pour with watery white head and lace. Aroma is dominated by berries. No hefe like eaters on the nose for me. Flavor is flat berries and wheat. Medium bodied with a flat wheat bitter.

12 oz. canned 04/29/2016. Pours nearly opaque golden pear color. Lasting meringue foam. Nose of wheat cracker, mineral water, lemon juice and cardboard. Flavors of berry, mineral water and lemon juice. Light bodied with explosive fizz and a lemon juice slant.

On Tap at Jackalope Brewpub, Nashville, TN, 5.5.16. Opaque blond. Aroma of vanilla-glazed donut and bun. Artificial fruity flavour, a little malty, too. Light-to-medium body, very soft fizz, malty finish with vanilla cream.

Growler from Pour Vous Hendersonville. Cloudy orange color with no real bubbles or head. Aroma is wheat and soft berries. Flavor starts with some fruit and finishes with grain. Nice enough.

On tap at the Beast & Barrel in TN. Cloudy pale apricot body, an unusual color, with a creamy and durable tan head and good lacing. Fruit dominated aroma and flavor with the presence of "pounds of strawberries and raspberries" dominate but not overpowering. Very good, near neutral, bitter/sweet ratio. Refreshing.
