A delicious mocha stout brewed with locally-roasted cacao and coffee beans, the aroma alone is enough to make us wish we could jump in the kettle on brew days. With grains including roasted barley, chocolate malt, and black malt, it will warm you up from the inside out.

Pours a deep brownish black on tap with fluffy tan head that dissipates to leave moderate lace. Aroma of mild earth and a hint of chocolate. Taste follows with a hint of bitterness, clean and easy but nothing spectacular. Chocolate is mild.

12 oz can in the Spirit of Suwannee Music Camp. October 2016 canning date. Pours very dark with a large beige head that proves to.be semi-durable. Too much stale coffee in the nose. The flavor is much better but certainly not great. Light smoke, black bread and faint dark chocolate accompany the coffee. Full body with medium, light carbonation.

This poured a brownish black color with a beige head. The aroma contains coffee and milk chocolate. A bit of burnt caramel in there as well. The flavor contains a bit of chocolate, coffee, and something a little sour like grapes. The finish is also slightly bitter and sour with a rather thin palate. Overall not that good.

Tasted on 1/17/15 on tap at the brewpub. Pours very dark brown, just letting a hint of light through, with a thick tan head that slowly recedes to average lace. The nose is burnt toast and dark roasted coffee with a hint of dark chocolate. The flavor is dominated by lots of burnt bitterness with some coffee and dark chocolate still perceptible. The body is full with lively carbonation and a long burnt bitter finish.
