COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A delicious mocha stout brewed with locally-roasted cacao and coffee beans, the aroma alone is enough to make us wish we could jump in the kettle on brew days. With grains including roasted barley, chocolate malt, and black malt, it will warm you up from the inside out.

This poured a brownish black color with a beige head. The aroma contains coffee and milk chocolate. A bit of burnt caramel in there as well. The flavor contains a bit of chocolate, coffee, and something a little sour like grapes. The finish is also slightly bitter and sour with a rather thin palate. Overall not that good.

Draft. Nutty chocolate, toffee malt and hay aroma. Chestnut brown with moderate head. Lightly sweet chocolate toffee, malt, and mildly bitter ashy hay flavor. Body on the light side.

Tasted on 1/17/15 on tap at the brewpub. Pours very dark brown, just letting a hint of light through, with a thick tan head that slowly recedes to average lace. The nose is burnt toast and dark roasted coffee with a hint of dark chocolate. The flavor is dominated by lots of burnt bitterness with some coffee and dark chocolate still perceptible. The body is full with lively carbonation and a long burnt bitter finish.
