COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Thunder Ann is brewed to highlight beautiful citrusy American hops. She comes off almost tropical; people will find notes of apricot and mango in addition to the citrus bouquet. Honey and biscuit malts contribute to the body as well, making it a friendly, yet bold American Pale Ale.

It pours hazy dirty orange with an off white head. The aroma has mushy malt and floral/tropical hops. It has a medium body with mild carbonation. The taste is astringent and tinny with a bit of woodiness. Not doing it for me.

deyholla (12582) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - OCT 15, 2017
Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has notes of grass and earthy citrus with a grain backbone. Flavor has lots of straw and grass with citrus and grains supporting.

On tap at Jackalope. Hazy dingy orange with small off-white head. Aroma is herbal hops, medium body, low carbonation, and good small-bubble lacing. Taste is herbal hops, biscuits, and hints of citrus hops.

Can from Craft Brewed. Pours a nice light gold with a finger of foam that lingers. Piney nose with caramel and faint citrus. Bitter on the palate, semi-sweet and dry bitterness. Just average, but not bad by any means.

rollinsr (828) - Atlanta, GEORGIA - JUL 17, 2017
Pours clear and light gold with a rim of white head. Aroma is sappy grapefruit citrus. Flavor is smooth orange citrus with a dash of lemon zest. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

chinchill (5377) - South Carolina, USA - JUL 9, 2017
12 oz can from TN with a 21 Feb. 2017 canning date. Hazy amber body topped by a semi-durable off-white head. Aroma; dank tropical fruits. The flavor largely follows and includes some grassy notes and light funk. Mild bitterness that’s typical for style. Medium body with medium carbonation. Overall: disappointing

12 ounce can. Pale orange in the pour with light malt and some citrus and fruit. Nothing stands out.

jbruner (5448) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - APR 15, 2017
Pours a clear golden orange on tap with fluffy white head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma of mild fruit and a hint of astringent booze. Taste is a bit more fruity, but still something a bit off. Meh.

solidfunk (9729) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - FEB 18, 2017
Light citrus and some potpourri like broken flower petals and pinr cones. Hazy orange pour with good head and lacing. Tangy finish. Tap at brewpub.
