A pretty decent base Berliner, nothing too exciting but that’s fine. Still a good solid example. jc1762 (1370) - Washington DC, USA - JAN 8, 2017
Thanks Khalil for sharing the bottle! Poured into a taster shows whitish yellow with no head.
The nose is tart with a light maltiness and brininess.
The palate is medium bodied and lightly carbonated. Slightly tart with a light saltiness. Good standard Berliner Weisse. Wallaby501 (72) - - JAN 8, 2017
Bottle to tulip. Lemon aroma, clear golden appearance with little lace. Taste is lemon and more citrus than expected. Refreshingly tart and tasty. Very good example of the style. andrewje41 (3741) - Kenmore, Washington, USA - DEC 31, 2016
16.9 oz bottle poured, thanks to Jeff for the bottle. Pours a cloudy golden yellow color with a patchy head. A slightly sweet aroma of citrus fruit, and a slight wheat. A nice tart constant flavor with a juicy citrus fruit, a cool melon, a growing lingering wheat, and a slight orange. Refreshing berliner here. Good tart notes. Nice fruit content. Very nice beer.

16.9 oz. bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out notes of citrus, light lacto and wheat. Flavour is quite citric, with light lacto, wheat, citric notes, and light acidity on the finish. Nothing overly deep, but it’s clean and well-brewed. Decent. drfabulous (7782) - Lexington, Kentucky, USA - DEC 29, 2016
500 ml bottle. Light orange in color. Some lemon and citrus and overall tartness. Decent. bluejacket74 (1991) - Reynoldsburg, Ohio, USA - DEC 2, 2016
16.9 ounce (500 ml) bottle, 2016 vintage, label says 5.2% ABV. Served in a Bell’s Spiegelau wheat beer glass, the beer pours a hazy gold color with about an inch or so off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both good. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like wheat/grainy malt, tart lemon, and some earthiness. Taste is similar to the aroma, but there’s also some lime and lacto tartness noticeable too. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it’s refreshing and easy enough to drink with a moderate amount of carbonation. I thought it was a good, tart enjoyable brew. I’d like to try this again in the future. $7.99 a bottle. FROTHINGSLOSH (7670) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 11, 2016
Sampled on draft at Vintage Estate this beer poured a slightly cloudy dark gold color with a large foamy white head that left good lacing. The aroma was sourish and semi sweet with yeast and lemon. The flavor was tart, lactic, lemony, sour and almost vinegary. Long finish. Medium body. Ok. adnielsen (10601) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - NOV 4, 2016
On tap at Jackie O’s pub in Athens. Milky yellow appearance with almost no head. Soft lactic acid / light parmesan, lemon, and tropical fruit. Lightly sour. Super drinkable and clean. Not super complex but excellent flavor. This would be nice in cans.
