Drank from a bomber. Rust in color, minimal white head. Starts off with a sweet almost fruit juice side to it and follows with a nice tart raspberry bite. The sweet berry flavors go great with the sour finish. Overall great light-bodied sour!

Pours a golden straw color with a dissipating foam head that almost disappears. The aroma has a mild wheat scent, oak, yeast, minor sour notes, banana, and an herbal lemon raspberry scent. Tasting I noticed a sour lemon intensity, good malted wheat flavor, mild sweetness, and a good yeast taste. The sour and lemon dominate more than to my liking but this is still a fine beverage. I enjoyed the complexity of the two yeast strains of the lacto and brett. For me that blending of yeast strains makes it a tad different than a typical berliner weisse. Overall this was a drinkable and very refreshing brew.
