COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Berliner Weisse is created using a proprietary yeast blend. Over the course of three months, this beer naturally becomes tart and full of character. A unique Soledad method ensures consistency and perpetual motion. No kettles were soured in the making of this beer.

Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate yeasty, berliner weiss aroma, yeast, fruity yeast, fruity, light lactic. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, fruity, berliner weiss yeast flavor. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20150501]

Bottle shared in CO. Pours clear gold with a foamy, white head. The nose has some tangerine, doughy bread, yeast. Light sweet flavour with some citric bite, more bready sweetness, tangerine and melon. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Tangy finish, more tangerine, mellow rindy bitterness. Good drinkable beer. Nice.
