Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and wood. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, malt, wood, and spices, leading to a dry finish. The combo doesn’t work for me.

Bottle 65 cl. Courtesy of anders37. Bottle # 165/204. Pours a cloudy golden with an off-white head. Lovely aroma of Bourbon and citrusy hops. Juicy body, sweet fruitiness - actually the unusual blend of aroma hops and Bourbon comes out as very exotic fruits. Some licorice allsorts. Hoppy almost astringent finish. 290311

Bottle shared by alexsdad06. Pours a clear copper color with an average frothy off-white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Medium to heavy hop, butterscotch and bourbon aroma. Medium to full body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy bourbon bittersweet flavor with a medium to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate to long duration. Very good complex brew.

Thanks to Beer Savant for sharing bottle #138/204. The beer pours a hazy brownish-orange color with a medium thin off-white head that dissipates steadily. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of pine, bourbon and citrusy hops. Medium to full body with an oaky bourbon character and notes of malt, vanilla and herbal/piney hops. The finish is hoppy up front with an oaky and malty aftertaste. Pretty good beer overall.
