Taste of chocolate, bourbon, rum raisins. Nice flavorful finish that is warming, but really the alcohol is extremely well hidden. Great beer. angrypirate06 (1388) - Texas, USA - FEB 6, 2010

I have BMan1113VR to thank for this one. Pours an attractive, very deep, clear umber body with no head. Nose is malt sweetness, bourbon, toffee and some vanilla. Tastes of alcohol, malt, caramel and a bit of tart or sour. Finish is (bourbon) alcoholic, light floral hops and toffee. Medium mouthfeel and a short, clean finish.
