Aroma of cola, wood, bourbon, tosca, burned caramel, light brown sugar. Lots of flavors, and very different from other bourbon barrel aged stouts. 375ml bottle. Black colour. Manages a decent brown head for a few seconds. Lots bourbon and molasses in the aroma. The feel on the tongue is very good. Nice thick mouthfeel to it. Draft @ CBC 2015. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty woody bourbon chocolate coffee aroma. Roasted malty woody bourbon chocolate flavor. Has a roasted malty woody bourbon chocolate finish.

Dark brown color, small brown head. Vanilla-bourbon in the nose. Medium-bodied. Alcohol, bourbon, vanilla, some roasted maltyness. Very very alcoholic brew.
Weak and unsustainable foam on this stout, but since the alcohol exceeds 11% it can not be surprised. The aroma is dominated by peat smoke and oak. Taste wise it is full of dark chocolate, coffee and a little hazelnut. Palate is very complex and this stouts subtext is also inviting fruity flavor of plums, fresh grapes and then again a delicate flavor of chocolate cake (Brownie). It tastes not only of the good taste of dark chocolate, but rather a mixture of chocolate and bread, which my best flavor image must be Brownie. It is brewed with five varieties of malts and the barley malt must definitely be the malt type contributing to redolent of chocolate cake because it also has a lot of rye bread character. The finish offers delicate vanilla and sweet Bourbon Whiskey. It is a stout which absolutely should be enjoyed at room temperature, everything else would be a shame. 12oz bottle pours a thick black color without any head. Harsh bourbon at first, but quickly smooths out with some time to breath. Nice molasses and hop balance.

Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session 2, 01/05/2015. Black topped with a tan swirl. Nose is rich bourbonics, chocolate, roast malt blast, toffee fudge.
Taste comprises charr, spice, rich bourbon strokes, dark chocolate, toffee, malt.
Medium + body, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Decent BA affair, good balance, not too hot.
