Black color with mocha head. Aroma has lots of whiskey, toffee, dark chocolate and sticky malt. Taste is malty at first, not too sweet, follows with bourbon and toffee and finishes with spicy walnuts and bitter earthy notes. Medium to full bodied, soft carbonation. Another great barrel aged RIS from Jackie O's. klm1 (1782) - Bled/SF, - OCT 13, 2017

Draft. A black beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, bourbon, and chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, alcohol, chocolate, and bourbon, leading to a bitter finish. Too much bourbon for my taste. obguthr (6590) - Staunton, Virginia, USA - MAR 6, 2017

On tap @ FoBAB 2016. Pour is black with a very small tan head that lasts for a while. Notes of wood, marshmallow, roasted malt, coffee grounds, vanilla, and sweet dark fruit. bluejacket74 (1993) - Reynoldsburg, Ohio, USA - DEC 2, 2016
12.7 ounce bottle, 2016 vintage, label says 11.5% ABV. Served in a Jackie O’s snifter, the beer pours dark brown/black with almost an inch tan head that stuck around a while. There’s also a decent amount of lacing. I like the aroma, the brew smells like bourbon, vanilla, walnuts, molasses and chocolate. I think the taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of woody and burnt/charred flavors. Mouthfeel/body is medium/full, it’s slick and smooth with a moderate amount of carbonation. I thought it was a good overall brew, definitely worth picking up if you like imperial stouts and/or Jackie O’s brews in general. $11.99 a bottle. anders37 (26878) - Malmö, SWEDEN - SEP 14, 2016
