Appearance: Deep red brown. Opaque. Thin layer of white bubbles. Nose: Sweet malt with stone fruit and caramel. Boozy. Oak, vanilla and molassess Taste: Sweet malt with a good bourbon hit. Dark fruit, vanilla, brown sugar. Body: Medium to fuller. Silky. Decent bubbles. Parting thoughts: Strong quad with heavy bourbon aspects. Boozy and big. flavors are lasting and almost overwhelming. A very nice beer.

375 ml bottle shared by Adamchandler, much thanks! Aroma is drak fruits, rock candy, molasses and a steady amount of bourbon. candy, malty. Gosh damn! The flavor is like a bourbon candy dessert in a glass. Bold brown sugar notes. Fuller body, average texture, average carbonation, nice slick mouthfeel. Amazing

37.5CL bottle. Split 2 ways. It looks like dark brown prune juice. 1 finger head. not sure how old the bottle is but it smells fantastic. toffee, caramel and vanilla. Even a bit of rum and caramel. Dense and thick, Insanely great raisin and a huge brown sugar flavor. I love the bourbon flavors. It's almost like a salted caramel ice cream with a bit of buffalo trace. Tasty!

hazy brown colour, practically no head at all; aroma of bourbon, dried plum and cherry, as well as raisins soaked in cognac, walnut liqueur and slight licorice notes; taste is the same with some dark chocolate and caramel; excellent quadrupel

alteregoo (1828) - Kalisz, POLAND - SEP 19, 2017
Barwa ciemno brązowa, mętna. Aromat przyjemny, aczkolwiek bardziej pod Brown Ale - głównie toffi, karmel, brązowy cukier Muscovado, do tego suszone daktyle, rodzynki i wanilia, w tle czekolada i bourbon. W smaku dość słodkie, palony, ciemny cukier na pierwszym planie, melasa, suszone owoce, kakao, kawa, wanilia, whisky... W kontrze średnia do niskiej, palono tytoniowa goryczka, wyraźne alkoholowe rozgrzewanie i lekka szorstkość.
