2013 bottle. Pours a dark brown with a dissipating head that leaves a ring around my glass. The aroma is of oak, earthy, grapes, sour notes, some dark malts, and a presence of yeast. Tasting I got a soft bitterness, malted sweet caramel grains, and a pleasant sour finish. I enjoyed the sour yet tartness of the beverage. There was a noticeable fruity grape flavor that blended well with the malts and the style of this brew. The finish was enjoyable. The mouth feel and body were rather good. The carbonation held up well for aging over 3yrs. Overall i am glad this aged well and I would welcome this brew again. jredmond (8285) - New York, New York, USA - JUN 17, 2016

Bottle. It poured a black color with a tan head. The aroma was of sour yeast with some dark fruits and wood. The taste was similar to the aroma with a complex sweet finish and soft carbonation. Just awesome. Errl (2442) - Plano, Texas, USA - JUL 9, 2015
