Sample from bottle #56/250 at the "Jackie O’s Staff Bottle Tasting Part 2" on 12/18/2015. Clear orange color with a medium white head that evaporates steadily to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of oak, peaches and yeast. Medium body with flavors of vinous oak, peach, yeast and malt. The finish is funky peach and yeast. Good beer all around. kaser (6430) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - SEP 12, 2015
Peach and juicy. Got this in a trade and happy about it. Fruity and smooth. Bottle pour at home Christpuncher (3215) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - SEP 12, 2015
Awesome sour. Some sour cherries and grape notes. Similar to a non carbonated champaign. Pours light orange with a white head. Had a bottle share with Kaser Errl (2577) - Plano, Texas, USA - APR 20, 2015

.. . after I die, wherever my spirit goes,i’m going to try to get back and visit my skeleton at least once a year, because, ‘hey, old buddy, how’s it going?
Bottle... Pours hazy and dirty-orange with a small, creamy, white head. The aroma is a mélange of peaches, damp fallen-wood mustiness, and some pretty nice funkiness. Medium to full-bodied with tickling carbonation. The flavor is lightly sour, moderately sweet and loaded with juicy peaches. Tangy, tongue-numbing finish. Pours a sort of lightly hazy orange with a good head and nice lacing on the glass.
The aroma is funky and oaky with a nice bit of peach fruitiness and some light earthy character.
The flavor is peppery and tart. The beer is surprisingly dry with a light breadiness, some oak and some light peach character.
Not especially indicative of what I think of when I think of Saison, but nice beer for sure.
Bottle thanks to George! Pours a cloudy orange with small off white head. The aroma is strong cabernet, peach, oak. Medium mouthfeel with strong wine, oak, light tart peach. Very good. thome50 (1295) - Morro Bay via Orange County, California, USA - SEP 5, 2014
Bottle via my 2013 "Staff" membership. RIP to a fairly priced, but badly run, reserve society. Pours a deep golden orange with moderate white head. Fruity, not really peach, aroma with some plum and honey, dry white wine. Taste is cabernet wine over and over with a slight sourness at the finish with the peach not coming into play much. Very bitter as it finishes. Not nice overall.
