UPDATED: FEB 25, 2011 Bottle 65 cl. Courtesy of gn0sis. Bottle # 134/156. Pours a cloudy and almost murky with hardly any head. Tart cherries dominate the nose - combined with some wood and Brett. Medium body, almost flat, hardly any roastiness left, tobacco accents and again tart cherries. No real bitterness. Very nice - comes out close to a Flemish Red in style. 230211 SuperDave (1932) - Beautiful Sunny Mesa, Arizona, USA - JAN 13, 2011

Bottle shared by Sean, thanks! Poured a clear brown with an off-white head that started and remained at the edges and laced nicely. Aroma had a note of dry red wine with red fruits and some underlying dark and roasted grains. Flavor had a dry red wine note with red fruits and a bit of roasted grains lying underneath. alexsdad06 (10436) - West Chester, Ohio, USA - DEC 30, 2010
22 oz. bottle (from notes). Pours dark brown with reddish tint and a small beige ring. The aroma is tart cherry, vinous, dark caramel malt, some roast. The flavor is very similar; tart dark cherries, vinous, red grapes, light funk, roasted malts, some woody notes. I had various bottles over the course of the year, and although it changed some, I liked experiencing those changes. SuzyGreenberg (1603) - Seattle, Washington, USA - DEC 17, 2010
22 oz. bottle; pours clear, dark brown with trace white head; smells really nice cherry cookies; dry malt and vanilla; stale, spoiled cherries and red wine; smells better than it tastes, but that’s about the only good thing about this one; ugh TomDecapolis (4618) - Milton, Delaware, USA - SEP 27, 2010

Wow, sour cherry awesomeness! The aroma is sour cherries on top of a smooth malt base. It looks dark brown with a ruby hue and decent head. The great smooth flavor of tart cherries on a nice sour base, Delicious!
