OK so my fault for holding on to the bottle. Poured a cocoa cola brown color with aroma so light booze, malt, wet wood and earth. Flavors are vinegar and more vinegar nothing bit vinegar. Drain our the entire bottle not good at all but most likely my fault and a lesson on why you hold not age beer. djd07 (14358) - Houston, Texas, USA - APR 21, 2015
Bottle thanks to Graeme. Pours a very dark brown with medium beige head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is black licorice and hickory. Medium mouth, chocolate malt, plums, wood, booze, very good. Damico (3147) - Royersford, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 5, 2014
Pours thick dark unclear blackish with a brandy hue and small beige head. Aroma brings big honey with light undertones of maple. Flavor has brought some sour predominantly and from the oak with light roasted malts. The honey and maple are gone on the flavor being a few years old and the brandy barrel is noticeable as well. Bottle share at Hampton Inn pre-DLD party. Pour is dark brown/close to black with a small tan head. Aroma is of chocolate, coffee, vanilla, oak, and a touch of sour. Flavor is semi-sweet chocolate, roasted malts, and some bourbon. Strange, but decent. SudsMcDuff (8383) - .....Manchester United.........., Texas, USA - JUN 19, 2013

22 oz. bottle via trade with Puddintane- thanks again, Dave! Came out in 2011. Bottle 307/336. Pours a deep brown color with a small tan ring for a head. Aroma of coffee, plums, vanilla, cream, oak, and chocolate. Flavor of berries, plums, oak, brown sugar, oak, and light balsamic vinegar. Medium-bodied, with low carbonation and a sticky mouthfeel. My least favorite of the Cellar Cuvee series, though still not a bad beer. alexsdad06 (10268) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - APR 1, 2013
Draft at Jackie O’s. Pours dark brown with a small beige head. The aroma had a dark fruitiness, brandy barrel, wood, and hints of roast and chocolate. The flavor had a nice blend of the two beers with the BB Superfly slightly at the forefront. Mild roast and chocolate with dark fruits, wood and brandy. Smooth finish.
Out of the bottle recently this had some tart character, but I still found this to be very interesting. JK (6090) - St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA - MAR 31, 2013

February 23, 2013 bottle at Skyviews. Dark brown pour with limited head. Aroma was bourbon, sour and roasted malt. Taste was consistent with aroma. Bacterial (2986) - Twin Cities, Minnesota, USA - FEB 23, 2013
Bottle 253/336 this is growing on me, dark brown pour. Interesting mix here. There is a hint of sour in this, I wonder if that was intended? Some bourbon notes here as well.
